Wassabi is pretty bay filly (2007) register Oldenberg. She has an excellent conformation and tree nice gaits. Wassabi’s pedigree speaks for itself. Her sire, Warkanson, is issued from world-renowned lineages in dressage and jumping. For example, Warkanson’s sire WARKANT was given the prestigious title of Hanoverian Stalllion of the Year in 2002 thanks the exceptional performance of his offspring in dressage on the international scene. Warkanson’s dam was sired by Esprit, also known for his descendant's achievements in the jumper ring worldwide. Warkanson is presently one of the only four Hanoverian stallions in North America approved by the German Verband. He completed his 11-month test in Germany with a score of 104, doing as well in dressage as in jumping. Wassabi’s dam, Sisie, is a Holsteiner X Tb mare out of the late Holsteiner (1973-2004) stallion SALUT. Salut was one of the last remaining grandsons of Cottage Son. In his 100-day test in Germany, he placed 13th out of 26 horses. He also competed in S-level jumper (advanced) in Europe where he won 21 championships and placed 49 times before being imported in 1982.
