Santino is a large 17.3 hands, well balance, 6 year old Holsteiner-Trakhener bay gelding. He's by our late stallion Salut 84 and out of Java by the trakhener stallion Carino. His father Salut 84 who was approuved in Germany was one of the last remaining grandsons of Cottage Son. His dam'sire Carino was approved in Neumünster in 1978 and passed his stallion performance test at Klosterhof Medingen in 1981.
Santino has one of the niciest temperament that you can expect. Everyone who had the chance to ride him immediately fell in love with him. He is a real pleasure to ride!!. He’s the kind of horse that will always try to please his rider. Santino as no vice and get alone well with other horses. Santino is doing flat work on a regular basis, he will compete training level this summer but is ready to do first level this year. Santino enjoy jumping, he's honnest and has a nice form.
